No. Units are built off-site in the workshop, so the dusty work never happens in your home. On install day we protect floors, hoover as we go, and take every offcut and bit of packaging with us. The space is left cleaner than we found it.
50% deposit on acceptance of the quote — this confirms the booking and reserves your install slot. The remaining 50% is paid on completion, after you have walked through the finished job with us. No staged payments in between, no surprise costs.

From deposit to install is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and our current schedule. Site visit and quote usually happen within the first week of your enquiry.
We build and install to a clean, ready-to-decorate standard. An optional fill-and-sand finish is available as an upsell — prepped ready for your decorator. We do not paint.

Standard build uses MDF carcasses and MR-grade MDF for painted or wrapped finishes — stable, consistent, holds a finish beautifully. Hardware varies by spec; we talk through options at site visit.
