Scott builds on-site with dust extraction. We keep mess to an absolute minimum — dust sheets down, vacuum extraction running throughout, and every offcut and bit of packaging taken away when we leave. The space is left cleaner than we found it.
50% deposit on acceptance of the quote — this confirms the booking and reserves your install slot. The remaining 50% is paid on completion, after you have walked through the finished job with us. No staged payments in between, no surprise costs.
Every job is bespoke, so pricing is worked out per project. After the site visit you get a detailed written quote within 48 hours — no hidden extras, no estimate-that-becomes-something-else later.
From deposit to install is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and our current schedule. Site visit and quote usually happen within the first week of your enquiry.
We build and install to a clean, ready-to-decorate standard. An optional fill-and-sand finish is available as an upsell — prepped ready for your decorator. We do not paint.
Birmingham and roughly a 30-mile radius across the West Midlands. If you are outside that, get in touch — we occasionally travel further for the right project.

Standard build uses MDF carcasses and MR-grade MDF for painted or wrapped finishes — stable, consistent, holds a finish beautifully. Hardware varies by spec; we talk through options at site visit.
